At Ch. Rahmat Ali Memorial Trust, we sincerely appreciate the generosity and support of our donors. Your contributions enable us to continue our charitable work and serve those in need. This Refund & Chargeback Policy explains how we manage donation refunds and payment disputes.

1. General Donation Policy

All donations made to Ch. Rahmat Ali Memorial Trust are voluntary contributions made to support our charitable programs and initiatives. Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

However, we understand that genuine errors can occur and will review valid refund requests in accordance with this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donation transactions

• Incorrect donation amount entered mistakenly

• Unauthorized use of a donor’s payment method

• Technical error during the payment process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Full Name

• Date of Donation

• Donation Amount

• Transaction Reference / Receipt (if available)

• Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the donation. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a donor initiates a chargeback through their bank or card provider:

• We request donors to contact us first so the matter can be resolved promptly.

• The Trust will provide transaction records and donation confirmations to the payment processor as required.

• Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be formally contested.

To avoid unnecessary disputes, we encourage donors to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

5. Fraud Prevention

Ch. Rahmat Ali Memorial Trust takes fraud prevention seriously. For security purposes, we may contact donors to verify transactions if any unusual activity is detected. This protects both our donors and the Trust.

6. Policy Updates

Ch. Rahmat Ali Memorial Trust reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Chargeback Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
